Check It Studio was built by Chelsea Marine and Karl Birchley — the team behind Check It Productions, a Lincoln, Nebraska video production company that won five Gold ADDYs and Best of Show at the 2026 AAF Creative Nebraska Awards. We built this studio because we needed it. After years of producing commercial work across Lincoln, Omaha, and beyond, we got tired of compromising on space. So we built the facility we always needed and opened it to the production community — because Nebraska deserves a real studio.
That is the whole thesis. A cyc wall that holds up on camera, a grid that saves you an hour, a van packed the way a gaffer would pack it. Nothing decorative, nothing you have to work around.

Chelsea runs the studio and the business behind it — scheduling, production planning, and making sure every crew that books walks into a space that is actually ready to shoot.

Karl spec’d the floor, the grid, and the gear package. Years of directing and shooting commercial work informed every decision about how the space works on a real production day.
Check It Productions
A Check It Productions Facility.
Check It Productions is a full-service video production company working with brands, agencies, and organizations across Nebraska and the Midwest. The studio is a separate business with its own calendar — booking the space does not mean booking our crew, and you are never competing with our productions for the floor.
If you do want a crew, we are happy to talk about it. If you have your own, the space and the van are yours for the day.
