Insurance Requirements
All renters must provide a certificate of insurance naming Check It Studio LLC as additional insured, with general liability coverage in place for the rental dates. Production insurance, short-term shoot policies, and umbrella coverage are all accepted. If you don't carry a policy yet, we'll point you to providers that handle single-day productions.

Lincoln is a 45-minute drive down I-80 from Omaha — closer than crossing most metros during rush hour. Crews book the studio for the day, roll in with their kit, and shoot in a private facility instead of sharing a floor. No travel days, no hotel block, no compromise on the space.
