The Booking Process
No Surprises. No Chasing Paperwork.
We built Check It Studio for working crews, so the booking process reflects that. Here's exactly what to expect from your first inquiry to shoot day.
Step by Step
Four Steps From Request to Confirmed.
01
Submit a Request
Fill out the booking form with your dates, rental type, and project details. Tell us what you need.
02
We Confirm Availability
We review your request and get back to you within one business day. Once we land on dates and a package, we send your quote.
03
Your Portal Opens
You'll get a link to your private booking portal. Your rental agreement, credit card authorization, and invoice are all there — ready to review and sign. Everything tracked in one place.
04
You're On the Books
Documents signed, COI on file, deposit received — your date is locked. You'll get reminders leading up to your rental and we'll have everything ready when you arrive.
What You'll Need
Good to Have Before You Submit.
You don't need any of this to submit a request. But having it ready speeds up confirmation and gets you to a locked date faster.
For all rentals:
Certificate of Insurance
Required before any rental confirms. Check It Studio LLC needs to be listed as Additionally Insured and Loss Payee. Full requirements are in the insurance section below.
W9 Form
Required for first-time renters. If your production company has a current W9 on file with us already, you're set.
Credit Card Authorization
A card on file is required to hold your booking. The authorization form is in your portal and takes about two minutes.
Tiny Ton rentals also need:
Valid Driver’s License
Required for self-drive pickups. Renters must be 25 or older. A copy goes on file with your booking.
Security Deposit Authorization
A $500 hold goes on your card at pickup. Released within 48 hours of return once we've checked everything in.
Primary Shoot Location
Helpful to have, not required to confirm. Where the van is heading is part of the rental agreement.
Insurance
Every Rental Requires a COI.
Studio and Tiny Ton renters both need a valid Certificate of Insurance before their rental confirms. Your broker will know what to do. Here's what they need from you.
List the certificate holder exactly as written:

Common Questions
Quick Answers.
How quickly will I hear back after submitting?
Within one business day. If your dates are open we'll confirm and send a quote. If they're taken we'll tell you what's available.
Do I need to come in for a walkthrough first?
Not required. Most crews book based on the site and specs. But if you want to see the space before committing, reach out and we'll get you in.
Can I book the studio and the Tiny Ton together?
Yes. Some productions use both. The studio for controlled interior work, the Tiny Ton for location days. Note it in your booking request and we'll quote the full package.
What's the cancellation policy?
14 or more days out: full refund. 7 to 13 days: 50% forfeit. Under 7 days or no-show: 100% forfeit. Full terms are in the rental agreement.
What happens if the shoot runs long?
Overtime past your confirmed wrap is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate per hour or partial hour, charged to your card on file. Build in buffer if you think you'll need it.
Is there parking and load-in access?
Yes. On-site parking and ground-level load-in. Details come with your booking confirmation.
I'm based in Omaha. Is it worth the drive?
Most Omaha crews say yes. We're 45 minutes from downtown Omaha. If you're tired of compromising on space, come see it.
